1. Invoices are issued termly in advance, invoices are to be paid in full on or before the first week of term, if you are paying in 2 instalments the 2nd instalment is due the week after half term.

    2. Half a terms (6 weeks) written notice to the Principal is required for any pupil wishing to discontinue a subject or leave the school, this is to ensure class sizes & viability. If the required notice is not received, payment for the following term will be due.

    3. All fees are non refundable

    4. If classes are cancelled for any reason (i.e. illness, bad weather, pandemic), an alternative class will be arranged or you will directed to our online learning facilities, if you are unable to attend the replacement class no refund will be issued.

    5. The information and personal data that you provide to the Louise Austin School of Dance is solely used for the management and running of the dance school, it is not shared with any 3rd party companies or individuals.     6. All staff are qualified with the ISTD, DBS checked, insured & first aid trained, due to the nature of dance from time to time it is necessary for the teachers to use physical contact when helping to improve pupils’ posture or assist in movements. This is always conducted with care & professionalism.

    7. Louise Austin School of Dance is only responsible for pupils while they are in their class. Children cannot be supervised whilst they are outside class. Pupils must be collected promptly at the end of their class.

    8. Louise Austin School of Dance do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.

    9. Photographs and video footage of pupils taken by the Louise Austin School of Dance may be used on our website/social media pages and for publicity purposes including printed posters & leaflets. If you do not wish for your child's images to be used for these purposes you must inform us in writing or on your initial enrolment form.
